Our Story

Welcome to ELLE Rooms & Suites,
a dream come true in Paralia Katerinis, just a few steps from the sea, overlooking the majestic
Mount Olympus.

My name is Eleni Elezi, and since 2014 I have devoted my heart and energy to the world of
hospitality.
For years, I dreamt of creating a place of my own — a place where every guest would feel not just a
visitor, but a true friend.

In 2018, I wrote a letter to myself, describing in every detail the hotel I wished to create — even its
name.
I called it ELLE, after the initials of my name.
Four years later, that dream became reality — something that would not have been possible without
the invaluable help of my dear friend, Korina Papadopoulou. And so, a beautiful journey began.

We opened our doors in 2022, with the vision to offer something more than just accommodation —
to create an experience of genuine hospitality, filled with warmth, care, and authenticity.

As a small boutique property with only 16 rooms, we have the privilege to know our guests
personally and offer a tailor-made service that reflects who they are and what they need.
